For a very long time, I’ve wanted to share the incredible journeys of students who started their careers at NETWORKERS HOME. Most of them joined us as absolute freshers between 2010 and 2014, during a time when our core focus was helping students not just train, but actually pass the highly demanding CCIE Lab Exam.
Today, I want to talk about Anuradha Patel—a name that brings back memories filled with pride and inspiration.
Anuradha came to us fresh out of college. What made her stand out wasn’t just her determination or technical brilliance, but the powerful story she carried with her. She once told me, “My father is a peon, and it took everything for me to come to Bangalore—pay for my hostel, cover the NETWORKERS HOME fees, and somehow manage to pay for the CCIE Lab exam.”
Despite every challenge, she cleared her CCIE Lab Exam in her very first attempt.
Today, Anuradha is a Product Manager in Dubai, leading technology initiatives and living a life she once only dreamed of. Watching her journey unfold over the years has been nothing short of inspiring.

India’s Early CCIE Pioneer Now Leading in the Middle East
Continuing our series of alumni journeys, today I want to share the story of someone who holds a special place in NETWORKERS HOME history—Pooja Nanda Poojari.
Pooja was one of the first students from NETWORKERS HOME to pass the CCIE Lab Exam, and also among the first few women in India to achieve this prestigious certification at that time. What makes her journey even more remarkable is that she came to us as a complete fresher—fresh out of college, full of ambition, and ready to take on the challenge.
She cleared her CCIE Lab exam in her very first attempt, setting a high benchmark for everyone who followed.
Fast forward to today, Pooja has built a solid 15+ year career in the networking and cybersecurity domain, with most of her experience in the Middle East. Just like Anuradha, she is now based in Dubai, working in a senior role and earning a salary that many in India would find hard to imagine.
These are the stories that remind us of the power of commitment, education, and the right guidance. From absolute freshers to globally recognized experts—this is the impact we strive to create every day at NETWORKERS HOME.
Its very big thing to pass CCIE Lab exam whose passing rate is less than 2% in first attempt and each 8 hours Lab exam attempt costs close to 2 Lakhs. These brave girls not only attempted as freshers but passed in first attempt and today reaping the benefits of the same.
